Stinne Richter Berg

Stinne Richter Berg is a partner, Head of Compliance, and attorney-at-law at TVC Law Firm. She joined the firm in 2007 after completing her PhD at Aarhus University, was admitted to the Danish Bar in 2010, and gained the right to appear before the Danish Supreme Court in 2018.

Stinne primarily works with Insurance Law and Law of Tort, including professional liability for attorneys, accountants, executive officers, and financial institutions. She represents companies, individuals, and professional advisers, including insurance companies, in actions for damages and insurance cases.

In addition, Stinne is affiliated with the Tax Department, where she handles tax and VAT cases both before the administrative appeals tribunals and the courts.
