Mads Klindt Kjærgaard Sørensen is a partner and attorney-at-law at TVC Law Firm, affiliated with the department of Insurance Law and Law of Tort.
Mads has the right to appear before the Danish Supreme Court and primarily focuses on litigation. Mads helps insurance companies, businesses, private individuals and professional advisers conduct actions for damages and insurance cases, both in and out of court.
He has expertise in handling and conducting cases concerning the liability of auditors, attorneys, and board members, with extensive experience managing complex and high-value disputes in these areas.
Mads joined TVC Law Firm in 2010 and was admitted to the Danish Bar in 2016.
