Claus Steen Hansen

Claus Steen Hansen is a partner and attorney-at-law at TVC Law Firm and is attached to the Insolvency and Reconstruction department, including debt collection.

Claus, who is a certified insolvency attorney, is frequently appointed as trustee in bankruptcy estates and works with both judicial and out-of-court restructurings as well as creditor arrangements. He has extensive experience within insolvency law and works broadly with distressed businesses.

In addition, Claus serves as a permanent assistant to the Bankruptcy Court in Aarhus in debt restructuring cases and is an authorised estate administrator in matrimonial property division cases before the same court.

Claus also has broad experience in advising on general commercial law, including contract negotiation and business transfers.
